SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS/text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by G N C Services LLC, doing business as Access Master (“Access Master,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

When you opt in to the Program, Access Master will send recurring text messages related to the services you receive from or provide through Access Master. Messages may include:

Operational and account notifications — appointment reminders, scheduling updates, technician-en-route alerts, work-order status, and quote or invoice availability;
Account security messages — two-factor authentication (2FA) and verification codes; and
Two-way support — conversational messages with our customer service and field teams.

This Program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Access Master at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you have enabled.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Access Master does not charge for Program messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message to acknowledge that you have opted out, and you will no longer receive Program messages. To rejoin, opt in again or reply START.

7. Supported Carriers and Carrier Disclaimer

The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our SMS Messaging Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared except with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver your messages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above. Your continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
