SMS Messaging Privacy Policy

This SMS Messaging Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how G N C Services LLC, doing business as Access Master (“Access Master,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our SMS/text messaging program (the “Program”). This Policy applies specifically to mobile information collected through and used by the Program.

We do not sell or share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected as part of the Program — including your mobile phone number and your consent to receive messages — is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

1. Information We Collect

In connection with the Program, we may collect:

Contact information — your mobile phone number and the name associated with your account.
Account and service information — work order, appointment, job, and account identifiers needed to send relevant notifications.
Message content and activity — the content of messages you send to and receive from us, and your opt-in / opt-out status.
Delivery metadata — technical information such as timestamps and delivery status used to operate and troubleshoot the Program.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above solely to operate the Program, including to:

Send operational and account notifications (for example, appointment reminders, technician-en-route alerts, scheduling, work-order status, quote and invoice availability);
Deliver two-factor authentication (2FA) and account-security or verification codes;
Provide two-way customer and field support conversations initiated through the Program;
Honor your opt-in and opt-out requests and maintain records of consent; and
Maintain the security, reliability, and integrity of the Program.

We do not use Program information for third-party advertising, and we do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this Program.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only sharing that occurs is strictly limited to delivering the messages you have asked to receive:

Messaging service providers and carriers. We use a licensed messaging provider (Bandwidth) and mobile carriers solely to transmit messages to you. These providers may process your phone number and message content only as needed to deliver messages, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Access Master, our customers, or the public.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party except the aforementioned service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering messages.

4. Consent and Opt-In

We send Program messages only to individuals who have opted in to receive them. Consent is collected directly from you — for example, by checking a consent box when you provide your mobile number in the Access Master client or team portal, or by a documented verbal or written opt-in. We do not accept opt-in collected by third parties on our behalf. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further Program messages unless you opt back in (for example, by replying START). 6. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you have enabled. Message and data rates may apply. Access Master does not charge for Program messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates may apply.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain Program information for as long as needed to operate the Program, maintain records of consent and opt-out, and comply with our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Program is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect mobile information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above. Your continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
